Album Notes & Community Reviews

The final album from the German ensemble Brainstorm blends frenetic Canterbury-style jazz-rock with complex krautrock sensibilities. Driven by Roland Schaeffer's dual work on saxophone and guitar, the record is packed with unpredictable time signature changes and whimsical, avant-garde interludes. It remains a highly respected offering from the more technically demanding side of the German underground.
