Varg Vikernes re-recorded select tracks from his incredibly influential first two studio albums ('Burzum' and 'Det som engang var'). The project was motivated by his vocal dissatisfaction with the original mixes, presenting the foundational Norwegian black metal tracks with clearer, more robust modern production.
