Future Days

Future Days cover art

'Future Days' marks a significant departure from traditional rock structures, exploring a more ambient and atmospheric sound built upon hazy, expansive soundscapes. The production, the band's most complex to that point, layers Jaki Liebezeit's percolating rhythms with evocative keyboard textures, tape-editing effects, and Michael Karoli's understated guitar work. Serving as vocalist Damo Suzuki's final album with the group, his restrained and often ethereal contributions complement the serene, fluid, and immersive quality of the compositions.
