Album Notes & Community Reviews

Signaling a vital turning point in their discography, the California hardcore stalwarts noticeably dialed back the relentless grindcore velocity of their early output. The album introduces grimy garage-punk influences and driving, mid-tempo rock structures to frame Ross Farrar's deeply pessimistic and misanthropic lyricism, massively expanding their sound without losing their visceral bite.
