Live at Roadburn 2023

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Capturing the band’s milestone European debut, 'Live at Roadburn 2023' translates the suffocating sludge and noise rock of their studio albums into a raw and punishing live document. The set, drawing heavily from 'God's Country' and earlier EPs, is defined by its visceral energy, with a mix by Jared Stimpfl that emphasizes a massive, unrelenting low-end and the confrontational absurdity of Raygun Busch's vocal performance and banter. This recording documents a pivotal moment, showcasing the nervous excitement and chaos of the band playing to their largest audience to date, scaling their bleak themes of anguish to a larger stage without losing their abrasive intensity.
