Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut mixtape from the New York rap duo of ZillaKami and SosMula entirely codified the highly abrasive sound of modern trap metal. Fusing distorted, heavy metal guitar samples with completely blown-out 808 bass, the project serves as a backdrop for terrifyingly violent, hyper-aggressive lyricism and screamed vocals. It became a massively influential cultural flashpoint for the aggressive SoundCloud rap underground.
