Biography
Black Kray (Timothy O'Neal Mills), also known as Sickboyrari, is a Richmond, Virginia underground rapper. A founding member of Goth Money Records and an early Raider Klan affiliate, his prolific mixtapes helped define goth-tinged cloud rap, pairing hazy production and melodic, mumbled flows with stark VHS imagery. His influence runs through much of the melodic underground rap that followed him.
