All This I Do for Glory
by Colin Stetson
The virtuosic saxophonist continues to push the absolute physical limits of his instrument through incredible circular breathing techniques and multiphonics. The album was recorded live with no overdubs or looping, relying entirely on the acoustic resonance of the saxophone and the percussive clicking of its keys. It explores themes of doomed love and legacy, heavily inspired by the tragic mythological romance of Orpheus and Eurydice.
