Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Sonic Excess in Its Purest Form' delivers precisely what its title suggests: an impossibly heavy, melancholic slab of sludge and doom metal. Crowbar balances crushingly slow, angry grooves with moments of depressive, introspective melody.
