Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by JS16, Darude's 'Before the Storm' is a Finnish statement of Euro-trance and uplifting trance built on euphoric, anthemic synthesizer lines and club-directed momentum. Its centrepiece 'Sandstorm' carried the record's high-energy, melodic architecture from Finnish clubs to an international audience, with 'Feel the Beat' extending the same propulsive formula.
