Album Notes & Community Reviews
Heavily sampling P-Funk staples, 'Sex Packets' is a deeply playful, science-fiction-themed hip-hop concept album regarding a synthetic drug. Digital Underground delivers an incredibly rhythmic, highly sexualized urban party record filled with infectious humor, hedonism, and the iconic breakout performance of Tupac Shakur.
