Album Notes & Community Reviews

A fourteen-track mix that places DJ Dan's own 'That Zipper Track' in two different mixes, 'Funk the System' documents the San Francisco DJ's fusion of house, disco, acid and funky breaks. Dan had come up through the Funky Tekno Tribe parties, and his championing of this West Coast sound made him one of the most in-demand American DJs of the rave era.
