Album Notes & Community Reviews

Absorbing the rhythmic innovations of Latin America, Duke Ellington crafts a vibrant, exotic suite devoid of traditional swing patterns. The orchestra navigates intensely percussive, tropical grooves with unmatched color, blending Afro-Cuban fire with his signature orchestral elegance.
