Album Notes & Community Reviews

Attempting to synchronize their legendary horn-driven funk with the contemporary chart dominance of New Jack Swing, the veteran ensemble enlists a host of modern guest rappers and producers. Despite the overt commercial modernization, the album struggled to match the critical and popular heights of their 1970s golden era.
