Album Notes & Community Reviews
The debut album from trumpeter Eddie Henderson, a key member of Herbie Hancock's Mwandishi band. The album continues the deep, spiritual, and atmospheric explorations of that group, featuring the same core lineup. The music is a brilliant blend of cosmic synthesizer textures, deep grooves, and searching, spiritual solos, a key document of the adventurous and experimental spirit of early 70s electronic jazz.
