Album Notes & Community Reviews
The acclaimed Norwegian instrumental trio shifts their typically explosive, high-volume jazz-rock approach toward significantly more nuanced, atmospheric compositions. 'Arrival of the New Elders' heavily features St氓le Storl酶kken's vintage keyboards, weaving complex progressive rock structures with the restrained elegance of classic ECM jazz records. The album highlights their sophisticated dynamic control and profound improvisational chemistry.
