Album Notes & Community Reviews
An autobiographical concept album detailing his early struggles alongside lyricist Bernie Taupin, Elton John's ninth studio release became an immediate, record-breaking smash. 'Captain Fantastic' is an incredibly lush, wonderfully warm piano-rock journey, overflowing with fiercely melodic, beautifully bittersweet pop anthems and deeply passionate, vividly epic storytelling.
