Rocksession

Recorded concurrently with 'Steig aus' but emphasizing a much looser, deeply groove-oriented instrumental approach, Embryo's 'Rocksession' is a marvel of German fusion. The album is incredibly dense and fiercely rhythmic, driven by wonderfully warm, highly repetitive Krautrock basslines and expansive, remarkably playful psychedelic jazz-rock improvisations.
