Album Notes & Community Reviews
'Alien Love Child (Live and Beyond)' presents guitarist Eric Johnson fronting a power trio in concert, a vehicle for his instrumental compositions outside his solo albums. The performances centre on his legato lead technique and wide-interval phrasing, the trio format leaving the guitar exposed.
