Album Notes & Community Reviews
Formed from the ashes of the Chicago rock band Disappears, the trio's debut album is an exercise in stark, rhythmic minimalism. Driven heavily by Noah Leger's massive drum sound and Brian Case's dissonant, scraping guitar work, the record constructs a bleak and deeply ominous post-punk atmosphere.
