Album Notes & Community Reviews

Losing access to his traditional, expansive studio space, the Austrian electronic veteran composed this album entirely on a simplified bedroom rig using headphones. The resulting record is breathtakingly beautiful, returning to the incredibly dense, guitar-driven ambient distortion of his landmark 2001 release 'Endless Summer'. It functions as a masterclass in utilizing profound limitations to create overwhelmingly emotional sonic landscapes.
