Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the departure of founding guitarists Peter Green and Jeremy Spencer, the band recruited Californian Bob Welch and elevated Christine McVie to a full-time member. The resulting album marks a radical departure from their British blues origins, shifting towards deeply melodic, slightly progressive soft-rock with a distinct West Coast flavor. It acts as the crucial transitional blueprint for their eventual global superstardom.
