Album Notes & Community Reviews

Relocating from Motown to the Dunhill label, the legendary vocal quartet continued their fruitful partnership with writer-producers Dennis Lambert and Brian Potter. The album embraces a sophisticated, heavily orchestrated sweet soul sound, shifting away from their classic 1960s Motown stomp toward cinematic arrangements. It successfully revitalized their commercial standing, propelled by the socially conscious hit single 'Are You Man Enough'.
