Album Notes & Community Reviews
The notoriously controversial Norwegian outfit delivers a shockingly refined and technically proficient black metal assault, propelled largely by Frost of Satyricon on session drums. The blistering tempos and clear production highlight the sinister, blasphemous riffing rather than relying on pure lo-fi noise. It earned them a Norwegian Spellemann Award nomination.
