Album Notes & Community Reviews

Embracing noticeably cleaner production and slightly more experimental elements, the Norwegian veterans expanded their pure, unadulterated black metal assault. 'Incipit Satan' incorporates eerie clean vocals, industrial-tinged noise interludes, and driving, almost rock-oriented riffs, marking a distinct transitional phase in their highly controversial career.
