Album Notes & Community Reviews
Arriving quickly on the heels of their massive breakthrough, 'Insomniac' is a significantly darker, heavier, and more cynical pop-punk record. Billie Joe Armstrong delivers incredibly fast, anxious guitar riffs and pessimistic, self-deprecating lyrics that reject the pressures of sudden alternative rock fame.
