Album Notes & Community Reviews

Moving further away from the rhythmic electronic experimentation of Cluster, Roedelius focuses almost entirely on delicate piano miniatures in 'Geschenk des Augenblicks - Gift of the Moment'. The compositions are lyrical and deeply introspective, utilizing subtle synthesizer washes to create a pastoral, neoclassical atmosphere. It remains a deeply evocative example of early European ambient music emphasizing acoustic warmth.
