Album Notes & Community Reviews

As the project's first recording with a full band, 'Sea of Worry' shifts from Have a Nice Life's characteristic lo-fi sound toward a more polished and direct production influenced by post-punk, new wave, and shoegaze. The album's lyrical focus on dread, depression, and an uncertain future is augmented by critiques of religion, creating a more accessible yet still thematically dense entry in their discography.
