Have a Nice Life is an American experimental rock duo formed in 2000 in Connecticut by Dan Barrett and Tim Macuga. Known for blending post-punk, shoegaze, industrial, and lo-fi, they achieved cult status through their acclaimed 2008 debut album Deathconsciousness, which was built on a diy ethos and themes of intense emotional and existential angst.
