Album Notes & Community Reviews

Functioning as a defining document of the radical 'Rock in Opposition' movement, Henry Cow's sophomore album is an incredibly challenging, highly intellectual avant-prog assault. 'Unrest' balances meticulously composed, fiercely complex progressive instrumentation with wildly abstract, intensely dissonant free improvisations, pushing the boundaries of avant-garde jazz-rock.
