Album Notes & Community Reviews
Mat McNerney's collective plunges headfirst into the coldest, most depressive depths of atmospheric black metal and suffocating doom. Largely shedding the bright acoustic psychedelia of their previous work, the band crafts a deeply mysterious, occult-driven atmosphere built upon wintery blast beats and glacial riffing. It remains a remarkably heavy, profoundly dark evolution of their esoteric Finnish paganism.
