Album Notes & Community Reviews
The first true studio album from the Jefferson Airplane spin-off project seamlessly merges intricate acoustic country-blues with electrifying rock instrumentation. Jorma Kaukonen's virtuosic fingerpicking and Jack Casady's fluid, melodic bass playing are perfectly complemented by guest fiddler Papa John Creach. It captures a vibrant, jamming spirit while maintaining exceptionally high standards of traditional roots musicianship.
