Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Jefferson Airplane offshoot completely abandons their acoustic Piedmont blues roots for sheer, ear-splitting volume. Driven by Jorma Kaukonen's distorted guitar runs and Jack Casady's aggressive basslines, the record is a heavy, relentless exercise in electric blues-rock.
