Hybrid's second album threads orchestral strings through its breakbeats, the Hermitage Orchestra of St Petersburg recorded at Melodia Studios and arranged by Andrew Skeet. Peter Hook plays bass on 'True to Form' and 'Higher Than a Skyscraper', Kirsty Hawkshaw sings 'Blackout', and a hidden pregap track, 'Lights Go Down, Knives Come Out', opens the disc.
