Album Notes & Community Reviews
Under the masterful production of George Martin, guitar virtuoso Jeff Beck completely abandoned traditional blues-rock for a pristine, entirely instrumental fusion aesthetic. 'Blow by Blow' is a fiercely energetic, intensely rhythmic jazz-rock classic, utilizing remarkably complex, beautifully lush arrangements to highlight his wonderfully playful, highly technical fretwork.
