Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the definitive catalyst that broke the New Orleans bounce sound into global mainstream consciousness, this album established Cash Money Records as an unstoppable commercial empire. Mannie Fresh's infectious, synthesizer-heavy production flawlessly complements the emcee's relentless, syncopated flow on timeless anthems like 'Back That Azz Up' and 'Ha'.
