Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released under label pressure, 'Que pa铆s 茅 este 1978/1987' functions as both a third studio album and a career-spanning anthology, mixing new compositions with repurposed tracks from Renato Russo's earlier punk and solo acoustic projects. The album's direct, raw production complements lyrical themes that range from sharp political commentary on Brazil's social climate to the sprawling, nine-minute narrative of 'Faroeste Caboclo'. This release solidified the band's immense commercial success while also marking the final recording to feature bassist Renato Rocha.
