Album Notes & Community Reviews

Notorious for its radical stylistic deviations, the British doom metal pioneers' fifth album heavily confused purists by incorporating trip-hop beats, eerie electronics, and alternative metal riffing. Though initially polarizing, the release stands as a fascinatingly dark, experimental risk that highlighted their willingness to continually deconstruct gothic heaviness.
