Album Notes & Community Reviews

Completely shedding their death metal growls, My Dying Bride delivers a masterclass in slow, agonizingly sad gothic metal on 'The Angel and the Dark River'. Aaron Stainthorpe's poetic, clean vocals guide the band through incredibly somber, romantic, and deeply atmospheric doom metal dirges.
