Wintermusik

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally conceived as a limited-edition Christmas gift for close friends and family, this incredibly intimate release marked the formal debut of the acclaimed neoclassical composer. Comprising three extended, improvisational piano pieces recorded in a single night, it establishes his signature delicate, intensely microphone-close playing style. The record captures a deeply reflective, wintry solitude that would define his subsequent discography.
