Biography
Nils Frahm (born 1982, Hamburg) is a German composer and pianist blending classical training with electronics. On #Erased Tapes# albums such as 'Felt' (2011), 'Spaces' (2013) and 'All Melody' (2018) he built a devoted global following with intimate, texture-rich music made on prepared pianos, vintage organs and synthesizers in his Berlin Funkhaus studio. He co-founded the annual Piano Day celebration and records with the trio *Nonkeen*.
