Album Notes & Community Reviews

Returning heavily to their gothic doom-metal roots after years of polarizing electronic experimentation, the British pioneers reclaimed their signature, oppressive guitar tone. The album effectively balances the crushing weight of their early-1990s death-doom with the highly polished, melancholic melodicism they had perfected over the previous decade.
