Album Notes & Community Reviews
Leaning away from the dizzying jazz-fusion complexities of their previous work, the profoundly underrated British quartet delivered a significantly looser, more raucous third album. Despite the increasingly anarchic, drug-fueled atmosphere permeating the sessions, Ollie Halsall's blindingly fast, idiosyncratic guitar work continues to cement his status as one of the era's great unsung virtuosos.
