The Japanese ensemble's sophomore effort is an impossibly dense, hyperactive explosion of Shibuya-kei pop and frantic digital sampling. The record bombards the listener with a manic collage of cartoon sound effects, breakbeats, jazz interludes, and candy-coated female vocals, creating a joyfully chaotic, overwhelming listening experience.
