Featuring vocalist Joe Lynn Turner, the final studio album of Rainbow's classic run leans entirely into slick, radio-friendly melodic hard rock. Ritchie Blackmore's guitar work remains impeccable but serves to support highly polished, synthesizer-tinged anthems like the MTV hit 'Street of Dreams'. Shortly after the album's promotional tour, Blackmore dissolved the group to participate in the highly anticipated Deep Purple reunion.
