Album Notes & Community Reviews

Documenting the famed 'Rising' tour, this live compilation presents Ritchie Blackmore and Ronnie James Dio at the absolute height of their swords-and-sorcery, neoclassical hard rock powers. The heavily extended, progressive arrangements emphasize sprawling solo spots that laid the groundwork for the ensuing power metal subgenre.
