Album Notes & Community Reviews

Arriving at the violent dawn of the Finnish hardcore movement, this debut is an unrelenting barrage of distorted guitars and frantic, galloping tempos. Translating to 'Prisoners of the State', the record attacks governmental authority and societal complacency with raw, unpolished ferocity. It became a foundational blueprint for the extreme, crust-leaning D-beat style that later dominated Scandinavian punk.
