Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Finnish group's third studio album is widely regarded as a masterpiece of the funeral doom genre. 'Illusion's Play' envelops impossibly slow, crushing guitar riffs in dense, symphonic synthesizer arrangements and contrasting beauty-and-the-beast vocals, resulting in a profoundly sorrowful and majestic listening experience.
