Adam Wiltzie and Brian McBride built this double album largely by exchanging DAT tapes between Austin and Chicago, working at home with an Akai MPC 2000 and an Ensoniq ASR-10 and meeting for only about two sessions. Issued as a double CD and triple vinyl, its long-form ambient and drone pieces, assembled from spacious instrumental textures, form a central catalog entry in the duo's slow, process-based method.
