Lamentations

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the second volume of his deeply personal five-part 'Convocations' series, the acclaimed artist dives into significantly darker, more chaotic electronic textures. Reacting to the intense grief of his father's passing, the instrumental record transitions from gentle ambiance into highly abrasive, glitching dissonance and unsettling dark ambient passages. It functions as a powerful, entirely wordless articulation of the anger and confusion of mourning.
